True but risk of accidental nerve injury (vagus) and arterial puncture would be infinitely higher.

Putting central lines in would have been more difficult though
Escapism
Cool idea! being picky though - it is too bright for propofol - wrong shade of white 😜
We all would benefit from an extra arm. For example, In difficult BVM, 2 hands on the mask and 3rd squeezes the bag

Murphy's law in medicine, no 34:
Any intravascular wire or catheter can inadvertently kink, invalidating its original purpose and making its removal challenging.

Amazing!!! How about operators of those pesky US machines. Do we need some protection?
Blood Transfers??

Intubation Rollapalooza
Cycle 20 miles on rollers → intubate a mannequin → brew a decent coffee.
It is possible to use a Retrival
Augmented Generation where LLM is using uploaded documents, guidelines etc for the analysis. It is also possible to fine tune LLM if accessing through API e.g. control randomness, access different models, discourage or dis/encourage repetition etc
I really like it! So immersive, drags observer in!
AI / LLMs are tools. Know (roughly) how they work, and use them for their strengths. Avoid their weaknesses (like eating soup with a fork). Good for somethings (coding), less so for other tasks (generating diagrams). Most importantly, always maintain human oversight and be wary of limitations.
And Mattel giving Barbie a chatGPT brains…

I’ve only ever seen something like this in textbooks! Can you guess what was given between these two consequential TEG traces in the context of liver transplantation?😉
So, from near zero experience in coding to full stack development and deployment of an anaesthetic project in 3 days!!!! LLM are something!!!! #ansky #llm
#Cosmos482 Here what’s really happened…
Aside from the very exciting physics of radiation, we also attempted to cover critical aspects of occupational exposure for anaesthetists.
