Major review of competition to lift productivity The Government has launched an ambitious review of New Zealand’s competition rules to combat monopolies and improve economic productivity, Commerce and Consumer Affairs Minister Andrew Bayly says.

A little disappointing that the two reviews are separate and confined, and we won't have our own comprehensive "Rebstock Review" as has been regularly run in Australia. But great that the Minister appears focused on improving competition in New Zealand. 3/n
