A little disappointing that the two reviews are separate and confined, and we won't have our own comprehensive "Rebstock Review" as has been regularly run in Australia. But great that the Minister appears focused on improving competition in New Zealand. 3/n

Coming days after the SC declined to apply tikanga principles to develop the law in of fiduciary relationships in novel ways, its *almost* like some concerns about the Supreme Court were widely off the mark. Probably best not to hold my breath waiting for recognition of that though.
