(12) If You Let Me Butcher That, Iโll Love You by Tokinaga Yasuna: Cute oneshot; I wish there was more but what I got was good. I found the designs of the characters cute.

(11) Unbeatable: It's really hard to convey how I feel about the game. It feels like I witnessed people carving their heart out and showing it to the world; it's rough and really unpolished at times but it's honest and sincere and that's what made me enjoy it. I'd say give it a shot.
(10) Lee Cronin's The Mummy: Saw this movie with friends because one of them brought it up and we thought it was interesting. No. It isn't. It was 2 hrs of nothing (and some orientalism and ableism). I would not recommend it.
Got around to drawing more of the characters in Endless Monday. What work does to a person...

(9) Understanding Comics: The Invisible Art by Scott McCloud: I really enjoyed reading this book and it opened my eyes to comics and more importantly, art as a whole. It's interesting seeing the intentionality behind artistic decisions and what it says about the artist. I recommend it.
Plot twist: That's been her 3rd coffee for the morning
When the start of the work week hits you so hard you draw this during your shift... | #endlessmonday #fanart
(8) Don't Stop, Girlypop!: This game very much feels like a first endeavor, from wonky weapon balancing to lack of difficulty due to movement/regeneration/health (in baddie difficulty btw) to how much care and attention was put into the game. I recommend playing, just be aware of the jank.

Oh now I support Sofia even more...

(7) As Long As You're Here: Having seen family members suffer dementia, Autoscopia Interactive really made a painful and powerful hour long experience over this condition and how it affects families and their memories. Putting it along with Time's Arrow for stories that made me cry.
(6) Falling Back in Love with Being Human by Kai Cheng Thom: Maybe I am too cynical and think its a bit too preachy. Regardless, I think books like these are important, especially in the jaded environment we live now. That and also listening to minority voices. Not 100% my book but it's needed.
(5) Iron Lung: This movie, to me, had flaws but they were upstaged by the amount of passion and sincerity that oozed out of every minute of it. The camera shots especially were great. Give it a watch, its a fun time.
(4) Tron Legacy: I enjoyed this movie significantly more than the original Tron. While it does feel under cooked in some aspects, its sincere in what it tries to tell with its messages further conveyed thanks to Daft Punk as the composer. The OST alone is worth the watch.
(3) Goodnight Universe by Nice Dream: I think this game is weaker than Before Your Eyes due to having to explain away its sci fi. I also wish more development was put on the family as I know the sci fi is used for themes on generational trauma. There are still great moments but its weaker imo.
(2) The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn't A Guy At All Volume 3 by Sumiko Arai: The interactions between Aya and Mitsuki were really cute. I know they'll be together in later volumes but its cute either way.
NEW MEDIA THREAD:
(1) Starting off with Carmilla by Sheridan Le Fanu. I like the story that was present and yes, yuri do be yuri even if there are iffy implications with the vampire bits and all. Still enjoyable. Feel free to give a read.
Getting back onto my fighting game fixation. So what better way to come back than by showing some of those ideas? Starting with Fixer from #1000xResist
"The bigger they are, the harder they fall". For her latest episode, Skye is here to teach fellow Youtuber, The Tower, the divinity of the airfryer !!
