If you're curious, the lyric itself is a double entendre referring to 67th Street in Philly and 10-67 which refers to the police code for a death occurrence

But the meme has no connection to the actual lyrics lol. People just thought it was a goofy line delivery

It's a line from a rap song "Doot Doot". The delivery of the line was just goofy and so people quoted it for the lols
