It wasn't till about a month before my initial post I found the black mould only after becoming increasingly suspicious when I noticed how much better I was feeling when staying at friends houses / generally being outside of my house for work, then feeling drained an hour after arriving home
Going on a month since I got out of this place (been there ~4 years)
Black mould poisoning is no joke. Apparently it'll take some time till my body fully recovers but so far:
- Brain fog gone
- Chronic fatigue improving
- Constant cough I gaslit myself into thinking was normal gone
