Bob Odenkirk Was Already a Comedy Legend. It Helped Him Become an Action Star. After ‘Better Call Saul,’ the 63-year-old reinvented himself into a certified ass-kicker with the ‘Nobody’ movies. Now, he’s trying something even more physical (and a whole lot clumsier) with the neo...

Had a great time sitting down with the wonderful and insightful Bob Odenkirk to talk about his new film Normal, Jackie Chan, reflecting on his heart attack five years later, and why sketch comedy and fight choreography aren't all that different

Spain approves plan to give around 500,000 undocumented migrants legal status Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez said migrants helped "build the rich, open and diverse Spain that we are and to which we aspire".

Spain continues to be one of the ONLY decent countries in the EU doing the right thing right now and stepping forward in ways that almost no other country has yet. Amazing.

Glorious New IMAX 70mm Tickets Trailer for 'Dune: Part Three' Sequel "I'm not afraid of to die... But I must not die – yet." Get your 70mm tickets now! Warner Bros has launched a new 30-second promo for Dune: Part Three, which is ready for release in December 2026 at the end of this year. This is to hype up the debut of the first batch of 70mm IMAX tickets – they're selling them extremely early. (Like they did with Nolan's The Odyssey in IMAX 70mm, too.) The story follows Muad'dib, heir to unimaginable power, as he brings to fruition the ancient scheme to create a superbeing ruler among men, not in the heavens. Directed by Denis Villeneuve and written by Villeneuve and Brian K. Vaughan, Dune: Part Three is based on the novel "Dune Messiah" by Frank Herbert and delivers the epic conclusion to Villeneuve's epic trilogy. Even darker, even more twisted, even more brutal than before as Maud'Dib deals with his legacy. The sci-fi movie sequel stars Timothée Chalamet returning as Paul Atreides, Zendaya as Chani, Jason Momoa as Duncan Idaho, Florence Pugh as Princess Irulan, Rebecca Ferguson as Lady Jessica, Isaach De Bankolé as Farok, Anya Taylor-Joy as Alia Atreides, with Charlotte Rampling, Robert Pattinson as Scytale, and Javier Bardem; featuring newcomers Nakoa-Wolf Momoa and Ida Brooke. This trailer has a few more glimpses of extra footage not seen in the first teaser so far. And it looks glorious! So epic! I cannot wait for this - only 8 more months until it's on the big screen in front of our eyes. // Continue Reading ›

Must Watch Trailer for 'The Furious' Badass Martial Arts Action Movie "You're looking for someone – so am I." The best action of the year! Lionsgate has revealed the must watch official trailer for The Furious, an extraordinary martial arts action movie sensation. The Furious is made by Japanese / Hong Kong stuntman turned filmmaker Kenji Tanigaki, also features the famous Everything Everywhere All at Once stunt crew, and was filmed in / takes places in Bangkok, Thailand. A father fights fiercely against ruthless kidnappers to save his abducted daughter. The movie opens with this guy teaming up with a journalist take on pretty much everyone. They must fight the entire crime syndicate and also an entire city and it's AWESOME. I love this movie. It totally and completely blew me away!! The Furious stars Mo Tse (aka Xie Miao) as Wang Wei, The Raid's Joe Taslim, The Raid's Yayan Ruhian, Yang Enyou, Brian Le, Joey Iwanaga, and JeeJa Yanin. This trailer features a healthy dose of the action from the movie showing many of the most jaw-dropping, mind-blowing fight scenes within. There are SO many and the whole movies rolls on non-stop once it kicks off. I raved in my review from last year: "This movie is The Raid 2 of the 2020s. Another instant action classic." Do not skip this - go watch it in theaters this summer. // Continue Reading ›

Maud'Dib Returns! Denis Villeneuve's 'Dune: Part Three' Teaser Trailer "War feeds on itself. The more I fight, the more our enemies fight back." The intergalactic story continues! The epic conclusion to this sci-fi story! Warner Bros has unveiled an epic first teaser trailer for Dune: Part Three, which is ready for release in December 2026 at the end of this year - only two years after Dune: Part Two hit theaters in March 2024. The story follows Muad'dib, heir to unimaginable power, as he brings to fruition the ancient scheme to create a superbeing ruler among men, not in the heavens. Directed by Denis Villeneuve and written by Villeneuve and Brian K. Vaughan, Dune: Part Three is based on the novel "Dune Messiah" by Frank Herbert and delivers the epic conclusion to Villeneuve’s trilogy. Even darker, even more twisted, even more brutal than before as Maud'Dib deals with his legacy. The sci-fi movie stars Timothée Chalamet returning as Paul Atreides, Zendaya as Chani, Jason Momoa as Duncan Idaho, Florence Pugh as Princess Irulan, Rebecca Ferguson as Lady Jessica, Isaach De Bankolé as Farok, along with Charlotte Rampling, Anya Taylor-Joy, Robert Pattinson as Scytale, and Javier Bardem; featuring newcomers Nakoa-Wolf Momoa and Ida Brooke. As expected - this looks incredible so far! Villeneuve is not holding back with this conclusion! This looks especially dark and I so cannot wait to watch. Bring it on. // Continue Reading ›

Check These Out: Needle Design's 10 Best Picture Films Poster Series Every year during the last month of the awards season, talented poster artists from around the world create a collection of posters honoring the Best Picture nominees. This tradition has been ongoing for quite some time now, with each artist attempting something fresh, pushing themselves to come up with dynamic, fascinating art each & every time. With the 2025 awards season just about to end with the 98th Academy Awards ceremony on Sunday evening (March 15th), it's time to feature some of these posters. I'm always a huge fan of Olly Gibbs' annual statuettes series - seen here for 2025. However, my favorite series of posters this year are designed by artist Matt Needle - so I'm featuring his stunning set of 10 Best Picture posters. Matt (aka "Needle Design") is a designer based in Cardiff, UK - visit his official website. He's also selling most of these designs (and more) as prints in his own online shop right here. So if you enjoy these as much as I do, support him and buy a print before they're all sold out. I really dig his more distinct designs with muted colors, going for a more old school look than flashy. He's quite talented and all 10 of these are superb. // Continue Reading ›

I'm noticing that one of the survival tactics for many people nowadays is to stick their head in the sand & ignore everything. And just do whatever they're told & what work they must in order to just barely pay the bills. Dire dire dire times out there that we all want to avoid. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Hilarious Official Trailer for 'Scary Movie' Reboot from Marlon Wayans "I have been preparing for this for years." Paramount Pictures has unveiled the hilarious official trailer for the comedy spoof sequel Scary Movie, also known as Scary Movie 6 (or Scary Movie VI), reviving this spoof comedy franchise that ran for decades. It's a nice return because it's good to see all these recent horror movies spoofed in this funny way! "We're baaaaaack." The very first Scary Movie debuted in 2000 and the series continued on with sequels in 2001, 2003, 2006, and most recently in 2013 - it has been a full 13 years since the last one. This comedy sequel is a riff on the recent Scream 7 - the Core Four are back in the killer’s crosshairs and no horror movie IP is safe. Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Anna Faris, and Regina Hall reunite in Scary Movie alongside returning favorites and fresh faces to slash through reboots, remakes, requels, prequels, sequels, spin-offs, elevated horror, origin stories, anything with the word legacy in it, and every "final chapter" that absolutely isn’t final. 😱 Ha ha. The ensemble cast also includes Jon Abrahams, Lochlyn Munro, Dave Sheridan, Cheri Oteri, Anthony Anderson, Chris Elliott, Damon Wayans Jr, & many others. I hope this means spoof comedies are coming back! Between last year's The Naked Gun and this, we could use more of these - always good fun to laugh at how dumb everything is nowadays. Enjoy. // Continue Reading ›
