What's the pending assignment that you are procrastinating doing?

I think that would make a case of committing such criminals to rehabilitation programs in correctional facilities before such individuals can have a chance to go back to the society. Doing so might reduce recidivism rates

I bet they also have psychopathic tendencies. I'd love to read what you'll find in your research paper
