Yeah so that was my impression as well and then after reading all the Author's Notes that is exactly what happened which means it was specifically designed to infuriate me personally 😂 I'm forever going off on the fact that Coppola named the film "Bram Stoker's Dracula" and added a bunch of extras

I read The Vampire Lestat for the first time and I can't believe it took me this long! I read Interview With The Vampire ages ago and honestly was sort of underwhelmed, but I love the show so much so I finally picked up the second book and dude it is now one of my favorites
