But you'll admit it was an act of genius for the FBI to fire most of the agents tracking Iranian sleeper cells just before we went to war with Iran, yes?

Georgia Voters! You have an important election coming up next month.
Please make a plan to vote, and tell your friends and neighbors.
It understandably won’t get the same attention as gerrymandering, but reminder that Virginia is going to hold another important, democracy-related statewide vote this year: boltsmag.org/virginia-con...
Thanks for reporting on this!
If only we could find them to tell them of our dissatisfaction...
I guess the WH isn't really opposed to men in women's sports, after all?
The New York Mets have lost 11 games in a row because Zohran Mamdani forcibly transitioned Mr. Met
Regulated markets *can* work for all of us. Unregulated markets only benefit the fat cats rigging the system.
Very much looking forward to DC statehood. No taxation without representation!
He has made me ugly cry also, damn him.
Oh, for crying out loud...
I hope the @splcenter.org benefits from a Streisand Effect here, & ends up with more support than it had before.
This is even dumber than it is unconstitutional, and it is very unconstitutional. www.newsweek.com/what-is-the-...
For what its worth, I have seen real improvement from the Dems on using the hearings to advance more sophisticated messaging. And I am not sure why on really important hearings why the Dems don’t have a coordinated J6 approach, where they determine a line of questions based on an issue.
Grandstanding & virtue-signaling without co-ordination is off-putting, but when Dems strategize & act together, it can be very powerful. The J6 hearings should, in one way or another, be the model for future hearings.
That's a weird way to tell sane people they should hope you don't have a long life...
Then I had my chronology wrong. My mistake.
Wait till Trump hears one of his cabinet members is scapegoating immigrants...he's gonna be SO FREAKING MAD!
Virginians, vote 'Yes' today!
Something to look forward to...
I use DDG for the Really Basic Things, but Google's still better (though noy nearly as good as it used to be) for most things.
Also, if you haven't seen this post, you might find it useful:

I have almost zero cyber skills, but I'm certainly capable of taking credit for system failures after the fact & so can anyone.
Now, now. Sometimes they do go as far as to say something is 'inaccurate'.
Yes, Virginia, today is ELECTION DAY. If you haven't already, go vote YES on redistricting.
Yeah, Apple v. Google isn't much of a choice for phone users.
I'm thinking of my desktop computer & I don't think Android does that.
"With a free Skynet Edu account, students can gain the career-readiness needed to navigate an exciting future in which they will be hunted by a remorseless, nuclear-armed superintelligence seeking to annihilate the human race—which will later be revealed to be Skynet itself."
If I had a clue how to make it work, I'd have switched to Linux years ago.
How surprising it is that none of his relations or cronies care enough about him to stage an intervention. 🤔
Maybe Vance will try the 25th Amendment *after* the Midterms?
...about the only thing philosophers of science, STS researchers, and practicing scientists agree on is that science is about the process rather than the outputs.
In an ideal world, we would not *need* leaked memos, because the court's reasoning would be transparent.
We would understand what was decided & why because we could read the arguments, decisions, concurrences & dissents.
