Did anyone ever find an instance of him calling someone "low IQ" who was not Black?

No idea. Whichever solution would have preserved a united front against Nazi Germany in 1938, I guess.
As I said, they are, but only in the country in which they happened. It's not seen as an important context for talking about Iran in any other country. More Americans are accusing *Israel* of attacking synagogues than are accusing Iran of same.
I would not call them failures. Germany has far worse failures in not building enough infrastructure than in building too much. Our train delays are caused by trying to fit intercities and regionals on the same tracks rather than building a dedicated network of high-speed tracks like China/France.
Noise regulations are typically provided by the state, not the railroad. So in the US it means federal or state law, not internal practice.
Belgium: center
California: north until SoCal starts voting for YIMBY bills
They've attracted condemnation in the UK. The Jesus statue vandalism has attracted condemnation across Europe and the US and not just in Lebanon.
(Side note: early in the war, IDF soldiers invaded and humiliated a mosque, and this led to internal condemnation but nothing as international as this.)
Pride Brigade in Ukraine?
To quote John Williamson on this: South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong all grew in similar ways, so it's important to focus on commonalities and not differences. "They understood economics" can explain Park, not Park and the KMT and Lee and the British colonialists.
Yes they do? Multiple American cities have elections that polarize on transit or on YIMBY vs. NIMBY and then the YIMBY wins and housing production remains pitifully low.
No, I don't see the resemblance beyond "absolute costs were high." In truth, the cost per km of tunnel of Stuttgart 21 is considered unachievably low in the United States; it's about a full order of magnitude lower than the cost of Gateway or the Big Dig.
“That’s why I said this individual can just fuck right off, because I know I belong in my own country. You’re not going to be able to do that to me,” she said. She said there was an aspect of racism to the claims. “I do think there is that element of it, which is: ‘How dare you, a brown woman, say a thing that we white liberals think you’re not allowed to say?’ Well I’m saying it.”
Across the world, regardless of skin colour, the successful playbook is IMV always 'I'm awesome! You're awesome! This is an awesome country! I will avoid where possible talking about racism!' and not....this.
Fascinated as to Mahmood's theory of 'how minority politicians succeed in democracies'.
On its worst day, Deutsche Bahn is better than any American transit agency at construction and operations. I'm livid at a 60 million €/km line in easy terrain, but California High-Speed Rail's funded part, also in easy terrain, is $130 million/km.

We'll know next year - Canada takes modal splits snapshots in years that are 1 mod 5, and 2021 was still corona.
(Yes, I am in fact procrastinating blogging about community engagement by estimating how many mental health officers such an army would need and how long the leaves of absence for trans health care would be.)
Broke: queers should buy guns
Woke: queers should organize into a hierarchical military with large formations and heavy weapons
That's silly, we all know the Minions went to work for the most evil outfit in human history: the Democratic Party, getting FDR to save capitalism and avoid the socialist revolution that was just around the corner.
Saxony is one of the fashiest parts of Germany these days.
Aldi split into Aldi-Nord and Aldi-Süd over whether to sell cigarettes. The two brothers who formed Aldi divided the country between them along the line shown on the map.
Yeah, and it's the same people who keep signal-boosting the same image of an IDF soldier vandalizing a Jesus statue.
An Israeli soldier did a shitty thing and the IDF publicly rebuked him (laudatory).
The previous day, reporting broke that Iranian state agents were coordinating attacks on synagogues across the UK. No rebuke, no apology, no repercussions. People here still simp over that regime.
9/11 was a conspiracy and so was 7.10. The conspirators admitted to it and were unrepentant to their death by assassination by the armies of the respective countries that they'd attacked.
The IDF officially condemned this; soldier's definitely getting reprimanded, possibly (probably not) kicked out of the army for this.
Ireland: neither, they're both bloodthirsty religious nuts
England: the North voted Out, the South voted In, so I have to go with south, sorry Labour Hero Voters but you need economic growth for your pensions to increase in value in tandem
And also, the original article about FRA regulations from like 2004 literally referenced that study and mocked it for instituting this rule finding that it would save 3 lives a year.
No need for grade seps, quad gates are still cheap.
