Today is the final day of our Special Event Station for Severe Weather Awareness - N0A (November Zero Alpha). We have made over 2,000 contacts so far, and that number continues to rise thanks to all of you & our volunteer operators!

Skywarn Youth volunteers Caleb, KE0FOE, in Missouri, and Jack, KM7CIB, in Oregon, racked up over 100 SSB voice contacts today for N0A - November Zero Alpha. Once again, we're sorry to those of you who were lost in the pileups on 20 meters this afternoon. We hope you will try to work us again.
This is the exact antenna we are using for 20 meters, and it is incredible! TIP: Get it off the ground if you can. Even 5 or 10 feet will make a huge difference! Enjoy, and we hope we can work you during our special event!

HF improvement is coming!!!
According to SpaceWeather.gov, things should start improving by Monday evening (early Tuesday UTC). Until then, we will probably continue focusing on digital contacts on HF.
