Terron holds a hand to Finnian's chin, thumb to his lip. Finian's hand reaches for the Terron's rear. Their voluminous shirts are sliding off their shoulders. Terron stakes a sword in the ground behind the pair. Magic sparkles and mist fill the dark background.

A full wrap cover (back & front + spine) of Reigning Souls: By Her Will by Elyse Sylvan and Martina Pine. A view from a palatial fantasy interior, inspired by Gothic and Moorish architecture. Dryad of the Oak or ‘Girl With Acorn Earring’ It is a version of the Vermeer portrait ‘Girl With Pearl Earring’ but this girl is a Dryad, a tree spirit from Greek Myth. Her hair is Oak leaves. A brown, shiny acorn hangs from her leaf-shaped ear.

The Roc is a massive eagle from middle eastern legend. They were said to be large enough to hunt elephants which is what this illustration is depicting: a solitary roc swoops down upon a stampeding elephant herd. The enormous talons of the bird are reaching for elephant at the head of the herd.

Three female kalavinka, half human-half bird spirits from Buddhist folklore, are flying through the air while playing music. One is singing, one is playing percussion, one is playing electric guitar. Digital painting.

Rat King. Ten thousand scurrying rats fill the robe, hold the scepter, lift the sword, wear the crown. Digital painting.
