Okay, it is kinda funny that the best coffee shop in Nashville will literally be in the shadow of the largest coffee shop chain in the world.

It's insane that ETH reflexivity is not tied to DeFi but it really isn't.
It's dark as hell so not really disagreeing just seems like the sun will come up tomorrow.
$300m is hardly melting down.
[insert past cex blowups that have been much larger]
Yields not enough to justify risks, but that was true last week.
i would want to stay just to know what comes next
"a mere participator" is how I would describe each of the Democrats in the state legislature
Dealership is such a hilarious word
Question: is it illegal to film oneself when taking public transportation or walking?
We're sending more state dollars to the richest districts to subsidize private school for the richest kids.
And 24 hours later I’ve got a new lid for my trash can!
Great service, bad software.
*delineators
and i just hate it as a word!
Is there ever going to be an official investigation/conclusion on the source of the fire?
Or will it just be that they deny it but the can't deny that they were storing fuel there?
I've also heard from a lot of folks that just do not like the look of the white dileneators
I may hate on the software but I have to give credit to the service!
16 hours from hub submission to getting someone out to fix the water fountain.
It's insane that all cities don't just use open-source software that can be improved on and shared with others at no cost
One city writes software for a good 311, everyone else runs it + improves it with requests/bug fixes.
Anyway, the water fountain in Cleveland Park is not working and the trash folks accidentally ripped the lid off my trash bin.
Took me 20 minutes to submit that instead of 2.
OMG three different drop down menus because you can't have an input field that auto completes the Nashville park?
Like what other site does this?
.@hubnashville.bsky.social needs some improvements
It takes 5-8 seconds to load (an eternity on the modern internet)
No public API because it's built on Salesforce. Chicago, SF, Boston & Raleigh all have 311 Open APIs so residents & devs can submit requests programmatically. Nashville doesnt
And ofc, Nashville just passed a huge transit improvement plan 18 months ago, so working on the transit part.
Absolutely. I spent all my four years in Chicago without a car vs. every one of my 20+ years in Tennessee with one. I'm bullish on Chicago bc it has so much existing urban infrastructure.
My point is more that no politicians in Nashville are talking about the good news of lower housing costs.
I feel like there should be more leaders in Nashville boasting about our stable rents because of all the housing we've built.
Nothing does more for affordability than building housing.
And along with the figurative death of the affordable car, the figurative death of the modestly sized car and the actual death of anyone who comes in physical contact of our giant, expensive cars.

Wow - fantastic news that will make for a Grand entrance to Prospect Park
Interesting that this push to take federal money for school lunch is being led by State Sen. Paul Bailey who is jockeying for Lt. Governor against Jack Johnson
Now do the FL senate race
Four floors of parking for five floors of rooms
