Milky Way Over Alien Desert Landscapes In New Mexico
A few images from this morningβs total lunar eclipse
After a 3am wake-up call, I stepped outside to find the moon already partially eclipsed. Totality stretched for a full hour between 4 and 5am
I had clear views framed between the trees, with intermittent clouds drifting through
Winter night skies are unreal lately. Iβm loving how clean and sharp this setup is. The Sony FE 14mm f/1.8 GM is an absolute beast!

Nestled in northern New Mexico between Abiquiu and Chama, sits Abiquiu Lake. This was my first time camping at an Army Corps of Engineers site, and I have to say - it was a fantastic experience. Quiet, scenic and perfectly suited for landscape photography.

Morning Stillness Above Window Rock
Caught this quiet moment from the plateau above Window Rock in Colorado National Monument. Twisted trees, soft light, endless canyon views - more from this trip coming soon

Shrine of the Stations of the Cross π San Luis, Colorado
Built in the 1980s the shrine serves as a place for prayer, reflection and community. It sits on a mesa overlooking the oldest town in the state, San Luis.
One of the biggest slides came down between Peak 1 and Mount Victoria, ripping through a swath of lodgepole pines. Locals named it βSilent Bobβ because, despite its size, no one heard or saw it happen
Winter 2019 - my first living in the high country - Summit County got slammed with over 7 feet of snow from a series of storms, triggering extreme avalanche danger
