This is only a personal viewpoint, but Universes Beyond hasn't bothered me too much because the flavor dissonance that other IPs bring to Magic IP feels vastly outmatched by the flavor hilarity that Magic IP gets to inflict on other IPs. Jomsviking by Amon Amarth. No skip viking metal bangers from A to Z, it was my workout album when I was going to the gym. The final song is slower than the rest but hits like a load of bricks if you listen to the whole album, as it ties back to the story set up in the first few songs.
