I interviewed a bunch of staff and principal engineers about how they're learning to use AI day-to-day. Nobody described a consistent, one-to-many way to learn from their teammates. Most are figuring it out through trial and error—or trusted one-on-ones.
Vicarious learning is one of the most effective ways adults learn new skills. Postmortems are a great example: you learn from an incident you weren't even part of. I've been thinking about this a lot in the context of AI.
I lead interactive 2-hour workshops on all this stuff (and we open by talking about the brain science behind why feedback feels so challenging!), so definitely reach out if that's something you think your organization might benefit from!
There's sections about how to frame your employees' perf reviews, how to deliver feedback that you think isn't going to land all that well, and how to avoid softening feedback.

And in case you've got difficult conversations covered but have _other_ questions on what to do right now as a manager, here's my library of resources on leading through crises: larahogan.me/resources/re...
