Oh yeah I've actually got that too and that might be part of why my practice feels kind of aimless. It's also kind of, my voice as I hear it isn't so bad, but I get unpleasant double-takes from strangers when I speak and when I hear it recorded it's so incredibly masc (which is also demotivating!)

I don't even know why I consistently procrastinate on it, just that I do. I think it's partly self-consciousness on my part, partly uncertainty on if I'm doing the right things or doing them right, partly not seeing immediate results so not feeling like I'm doing anything

The Beautiful Monument, supported by 50fifty and Ultravlt. I'd say all 3 are different varieties of pop-punk, 50fifty maybe a little heavier, they mixed in a decent amount of screaming with the clean vocals. All 3 have really cool frontwomen, fantastic energy!

I did it was so good! The show was great, I didn't know either of the support acts but they were very much my jam. It's been sooo long since I've managed to get to a gig too, since moving to the country and rising ticket prices and my own burnout it's rarely felt worth it
