Spot on mate, easy and straight forward steps to improve how the games are refereed… unfortunately as we all know no chance they will try and change things and we will be stuck with the same old rubbish 😏

I’ve always thought a Euro league of refs is a good idea whereby they move about countries every weekend and are scored on their performance, the better their league standing the higher calibre of games they get (e.g champ league/euros etc).Also avoids refs getting to familiar with players/managers
