The broken pipe has finally been fixed thanks to my husband's skill and patience! He got fed up with waiting for plumbers and did it himself.

Thank you again. I'm so sick of it, landlord came and picked apart everything about the house but he wants his cake and eat it too. We're not fronting the 400+ bucks in repairs the plumber he chose quoted him for. My pick asked for less than half, he'll have to deduct if from next rent payment.

Still not done with the repairs bs. But we have located the broken pipe, now we gotta wait until the plumber can come and fix it. I'm so done with this and landlord whining about it.
