Sometimes when I get this comment and I’m in the right mood I reply something on the line of “yes I have, thank you!! I’ve not quite reached where I want to be yet, my aim is 120kg (or insert preferred number) so I’m still working on it”. Usually people are so baffled they can’t come up with a reply

…sorry, what I mean is many of my friends don’t like summer, but maybe just a couple of them get proper bad mental health from it.

I have many friends who feel like I do, although maybe just a couple of them get properly depressed like I do, to be fair.

I think maybe it depends on where you live 🤔 I know a lot of people who like warmer weather but I wouldn’t say it’s exactly a given here, mainly because summer in northern Italy is absolutely awful and hard to come out of sane.

I’m exactly the same as you! I hate summer and feel super depressed and powerless in the heat, while I feel great in autumn and winter and my body and mind function much much better when it’s cold 😊
