Dragon Age & Metaphor are two solid games for me. Both are lasting FOREVER and game in their own right have me hooked.

Dragon Age for combat and battles are fun.
Metaphor for the story and classes.

Metaphor is WAY better if I am to pick but both so different, can't compare em imo.

And we're live!

Time to take a couple day break from Metaphor and dive back into Dragon Age!

Found our 5th party member in Metaphor and we about to take to the sea.. I have every side quest currently completed so we must move from there. 40ish hours in.

Dragon Age, we are STILL in act 1 after 25 hours!

A lot of dialog so long as you're cool with that and turn based combat (Main part of the combat), should be good. Def one of my favourites in the genre.

I will be honest, Metaphor may be my GOTY. Won't say until I beat it but It may just take over my #1 spot which has been FF Rebirth since it released lol.

I love it. And it just keeps getting better.

Deadlines in Metaphor stress me out 😂

Have 100 side missions and 827 people wanting to talk which all take up days 😭

Was able to change my helmet to be this and now this is all I can accept while I play Dragon Age 😂

When I don't play Dragon Age for a bit, I boot up the game and try to run but use my laser beam instead on people LOL

Yeah, it's good to have 2-3 games to go between if can. Fresh go. Spec when it is two long games!

Been going back and forth between Metaphor and Dragon Age.

Both been a lot of fun. I like Metaphor more but I also have more hours into it.

Dragon age is cool, and been enjoying the abilities and combat a lot. Movement is meh and writing currently lacks but the world and combat is solid.

Finally made it farther than where the demo ends in Metaphor! All new content now :)

More this weekend. Trying out Dragon Age tomorrow after work.

Now to get ready and head out. Trick or Treating with the kids and other stuff!

The game may of just started 5min ago but I hate hockey.

Yeah, the demo was solid. It's a good length demo too if you get around to trying it out. Gives you a solid look into it. Big story game so a lot of it is for sure cutscenes and talking :P

Solid game so far though. I like the combat and story is cool so far.

After being annoyed with the terrible loot system in Diablo 4.. I have turned my attention to Metaphor: ReFantazio!

Demo was a blast and now we restart and play through the full game.

Also waiting for Dragon Age to release.

Yeah, I think there are some insane combos you could likely do. My issue is, IDK what mixes well with what XD I'm like the guy who plays Pokemon and only takes damage moves LOL

The starter weapon, the dual blades/hook looking things and the wands that are range weapons.

dual blades have been my favs so far. Minus the HOLDING part of the abilities seem weak in comparison to the spear you start with

I have 3 at the moment. I dig the melees, the wand I just unlocked.. that one is TOUGH imo xD.. Need more time with em but damn.

No complaints there. That's what is needed! The game feels really good. Just gotta figure out what combos with what!

My older brother gifted me Hades II while I was at work today. Game is fantastic, you were right @waffleplays.bsky.social 😂

I put a couple hours into it. Can beat the first boss, second one destroyed me once already but we'll get em next time!

Hit level 54 in Diablo 4.

Nearly max level before the paragon level grind happens!

Expansion story getting closer to complete.

One area discovered away from capping that (It's locked I assume behind story).

Diablo feels real good right now.

Sweet. I put in a lot of time into Hades. I always sucked at it and still do but it was one of my favourites.

Time to spend some money on it for my birthday 😂

Well that is promising! I haven't looked at any recent updates of late to be fair. I have seen them post of one or two big content updates though. As I keep them followed for those reasons aha.

I'm going to look into it now since you mention that :)

I am really looking forward to Hades II.,. Just waiting on more content personally. I always complete a game thats early access and never return when more content comes and I regret it!

LOVE Roboquest. Art style and gameplay was very well done imo.
