People complain about the refs, particularly when their team is not faring well, but I have never seen more blatant BS calls than in this Dallas/Denver game. When the broadcast is asking if the whistles work and you evaporate a 22 point lead in 7 minutes by not making calls, it's blatant. #NBA

Lots of stories about how mass deportations will spike food prices and cause inflation. But as Tom Bonier noted, only one published before Election Day...

If Trump wants to deport undocumented migrants, they will still need a hearing before an immigration judge.

The next available final hearing date, based on current backlog of 1,478,623 asylum cases pending, is in 2029—after Trump has left office.

They haven’t though this through. Shocking.

Indeed. When they rounded up the Japanese Americans, myself and my family included, for internment during WWII out of fear over Japanese spies and saboteurs, two thirds of us were U.S. citizens.
