It's tricky, can see both sides. But if the aim is to bounce straight back, he's definitely a prem level player we can use - any replacements would need to be at the same level - not much point splashing out for champ level players who won't cut it in the top flight a la AA etc. I'd keep if possible

So you're saying my game of cricket in East London is what, 75% likely to go ahead tomorrow?

Yup, relations of mine. And pleasantly enough, both of my children were born in the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson ward in UCLH . Midwives seemed mildly interested

Nina Conti tonight, which will be a nice late birthday present. Good to be out and about, always forget how crowded shaftesbury Ave gets of an evening, always feels a bit mad

Found a great street toy today, mini table football. 4yo loves it but teaching him to play is driving me to drink - not helped by the 1yo insistence on picking up the ball anytime it's within reach. Good fun

Not really good enough this, is it lads? #saintsfc

Heart says draw, head says giving away easy goals from defensive atrocities trying to play out from the back when we should just put the laces through it and losing badly. 4yo son says 55-0 saints win though so there is still hope in the house

Friday night, bit of pub with the lads time. Everyone else is demob happy to be finished work for the weekend, whilst I use it for steeling myself for double rations of childcare at the weekend. Usually easier with a slight hangover anyway, silver linings and all that πŸ˜€

Practise makes perfect πŸ˜‰. If you get to 3 wins in a draft you've got 1k gems, do that 3 times over a mastery and you're there for free next time - there's usually 1kish gems free in the mastery. Is a bit of a grind though...

I find it's better in the long run to spend the in game gold on Premier draft, which gets you gems you can use to buy the mastery. If you do the dailies and win 4ish games per day, you can draft every 10 days or so. Haven't paid any real money for ages - usually takes 30 mins per day tops

#saintsfc back on today, and you'd be brave to bet on a result against Liverpool. Still, hope springs eternal and stranger things have happened - 4yo son confidently predicts a 100-0 saints victory, but admits there's a chance Liverpool could score a few less than that. Fingers crossed...

Think it should be "aims win games", you may have misheard. Got to have clear goals and hit into the gaps, that's the key πŸ”‘

Up to 14 followers on day 2, a more than 300%increase per day. If I can keep this growth rate up, should be an influencer by Christmas, exciting times. I won't forget you all when I hit the big time though, don't worry πŸ˜‰

3 followers in the 1st day, exciting stuff. More of a lurker than a poster usually, but if I am posting it's likely to be about #cricket or the joys of being a stay at home Dad. And being enraged by #saintsfc. I do that alot...
