People often forget their feet when applying sunscreen but burn on your feet is bad. Soak in cool (not cold) water and apply sunscreen (lots of moisturizers in it) to still damp feet. Obviously cover with towel on beach until burn is healed. Dry after being in water and reapply. Survivor here.

After all these years, I still call it ‘recovering Catholic’ as well.

Of all the places I have visited, the memories of the Highlands live on. From the gentlemen who greeted us each morning, to the local riding stable that allowed me to do the non-tourist ride with them, the people I interacted with were so warm and interesting. Some fond memories!

We all need to put one of these in front of our doorstep. Amen to this.
