When your whole identity is tied up in 1 thing, u fight for it w/ all of your being whether ur right or wrong because who are u if ur not what you’ve become. Even if u know ur wrong you’ll fight tooth & nail to protect who u think u are.

Never a bad thing to speak up and let them know how something made you feel. I had a work situation a month ago with a coworker and talked it out with my manager and it made a huge difference. Just keep being open, honest and professional.
