This is abysmal behaviour, and the exact sort of thing you get from a party that was set up to protect the monarchy and capitalists from the working classes...
Labour isnt 'for the people'
It's for the people, so they dont choose a better way.

With Farage making a shed load of money from bitcoin and an assortment of weird companies, weโve launched a map and live tracker of his income ๐๐ป๐๐ป
Pahahaha
How does one person presented before you being clocky (not that you could tell from that picture in the slightest, there is just a size difference, like there is between women in general) suddenly mean Monty Don would know which feminine name belonged to who?
Fuck me. Transphobes are so thick.
Very obviously transphobic intent aside from Janet Murray, I wanna address her sneering comment because:
How *would* Monty Don know which person is Niamh, and which one was Samara - based on the knowledge that one of them is trans?
De Brus famously fought the English for the rights of insecure women to yell at trans people. I remember that from class.
An outbuilding, before.
An old outbuilding, after some clearing.
Outbuilding 2, before
Main outbuilding, after some clearing
I AM actually going to get back to everyone that has thus far offered to help with renovations, I promise!
I have to wait to get the requisite permissions before work can start, and I wanna have a guaranteed offering rather than mess people about. It takes ages. Bureaucracy, init.
I made a start!
To the suprise of absolutely nobody...
the romans got bread and circuses, and we get tik-tok and instant noodles.
A nice view from one of the tents during the last EsseCamp on Bute
An early morning campfire heats some water.
The Bute campsite, a lush green field that dissipates into a sandy beach. There are rock formations scattered around.
Some attendees visit some standing stones on Bute
We had a 12 volunteers and guests at our first Essecamp on the Isle of Bute, and expect that number to at least double for this next one in May.
We are fairly sure EsseCamp is now the largest trans & non-binary wildcamping adventure in the UK.

A raised wooden walkway through a coastal meadow, with the mountain 'Goatfell' rising amongst hills in the background
Just two weeks until EsseCamp: Isle of Arran '26 and we are making our final preparations to proceedings, which will include some great food, beautiful scenery, and group activities. We have even partnered with WellnessWalks to deliver a guided hike up to the tallest point of the island, Goatfell.
People who look you in the eye and say restricting trans rights would have stopped something like this from happening are either clinically stupid or think you are.

Not In Our Name's letter is at over 99,000 signatures; with less than 1000 signatures to go until 100,000!
Let's give them a good push over the 100k mark!

Scottish Greens manifesto is out, compare and contrast
It's the most insane framing of "you are not allowed to be abusive to people minding their business and not doing anything wrong"
Will you join us in fighting to protect trans workers?
1. Write to your MP about the workplace regs: actionnetwork.org/letters/fix-...
2. Let us know if your employer has changed their approach to trans inclusion: form.typeform.com/to/uycRij58

Weird how they specify feminism AND being gender critical, like they aren't encompassed by the same term... almost like transphobia isn't what feminism is, eh?
www.heraldscotland.com/news/2601340...
The inclusion of "everyday life" implicitly intends to mean "trans identities will not be respected outside their own front door,"
Buckle up, Scotland. The transphobia is gunna go into overdrive for this election.
Cis people will act like this about gendered stuff, and then say trans people are obsessed and weird lol
Fox news complaining that kids aren't getting pregnant like they used to but presenting it as a societal problem is proper nonce-brained.
All told, I earn about ยฃ4/hour.
If i went and got a minimum wage job, and someone else had to be professionally paid to provide care, it would cost more than 3 times what I would earn.
People like me save the government 2/3rds in care costs.
Write about that.

On top of leading a charitable organisation (where i dont actually get paid) I'm also on-call 24/7 as a carer for someone with complex needs, and I get about 200/month on top of my universal credit - which im made to feel like a scrounger for receiving in the first place.

I can't find the sicko at the window meme in my camera roll
I just think the website probably shouldn't have had a twitter account, for example...
I think describing someone having to access the community in person or online to get support as "cutting people loose to save the rest" is a bit dramatic, no?
You have to maintain a quality of life for it to be liveable, and risking the last remaining routes to accessing a huge factor (DIY hrt) in that was shortsighted for the wider survival of the community.
Its not a statement against peoples access. Its a statement on the preservation of it.
3/3
We focus on when its dangerous, and we give routes to avoid it. we advise and support on those scenarios and situations however we can by focussing on accessibility, affordability, and sustainability.
Pragmatism when you're on the back foot, idealism for when you're on the front.
2/3
Its not fear in advance. Its the acknowledgement of danger. Fear doesnt actually exist. Only danger. So we take action when it's dangerous, not when its scary.
