E. Bring frank transparency to government

Universally seems silly now huh.

I quibble with this characterization. His A,B, C many didn't listen.
His A was making money (for himself was the meaning)
His B was minimizing government (for minorities/ poor was the meaning)
His C was controlling the borders (to ensure the white replacement theory doesn't happen was the meaning)
