The canine looks up with ears splayed to the side by tum, and a slight blush on their pleasantly surprised face. The second belly is being grabbed by a hand just below the person's moob. It's a gentle grab, but the hand is clenched enough to form some fat rolls. The third belly is taut and round, and the person is seated down in a reclined position with their hand cradled along the top of the roundness. Their shirt is tight and riding up well past the navel. A fuel gauge is nearby, with the needle pointed at the 'F' on it to show it's full. Below these is a doodle of a chubby caribou laying on his stomach.
