A screenshot of the Canadian Drought Monitor map that shows conditions as of March 31, 2026. Across Canada there are still patches that are abnormally dry, some small patches of moderate drought, and fewer areas of severe drought.
If you're curious about drought conditions, here's the Canada Drought Monitor map until end-of-March (it's updated the end of each month). Nova Scotia is still experiencing some moderate drought & New Brunswick has a large area of severe drought. It'll be interesting if April rain changes things!
