I see ads on YouTube all the time for them, I thought it was illegal to campaign outside an election, guess I was wrong.

I just find it concerning how much funding conservatives are allocating to advertising campaigns, particularly given that there is no election currently taking place.
The presidential candidate that lost by less than 1% in South Korea in 2022 ran on universal basic income. The conservative guy who barely won recently declared martial law. Coulda, woulda, shoulda had UBI instead.

They're more prone to fear tactics.
They should try not running any ads for a few months.
Case closed. He called it everyone, time to move on!
Trump really knows how to pick his people it seems. /s
Seems like that's what Doug Ford is doing in Ontario to win our votes in a future election... Not gonna work for me but I'm sure some people will fall for it.
Well we know who to go to for the potions.
Happy to see this article in the Times, but it does a poor job of actually explaining the idea. LVT should be framed as universal property tax *relief* that incentivizes building and improvement.
And oof, why that headline‽
Fun fact, Pittsburgh PA used to have a version of LVT until 1942.
