Poor staff is out in the sun, dealing with large crowds, and probably overstimulated; they did not deserve the They are just doing their job and following protocols. A lot had expectations WAY too high. There was no promise of cosplayers and extravagant sets. (3)

They complained about not getting their LI. I also saw them giving them a hard time when lines were capped & not following directions. Apparently some ppl got pushed and shoved to try to get in line. (2)

I can’t believe the entitlement of some players at the booth. It clearly stated on the official post that bags would be random and 1 per person. Ppl were coming up with tactics to try to get more than one bag and being very rude to staff when they get caught/refused. (1)
