After the changes, it became a good game. Gnonto and Nmecha made a big impact (as did Longstaff) and the changes by Farke worked well. Darlow was brilliant but by a whisker Pascal takes my POTM for #lufc. Probably not fully deserved but a great point. So very close to survival. Bring on the semis.

#lufc playing deep but don't think they are paying for the draw. When we have the ball we are positive and we have had some good passages of play. Defending has been great and Darlow has been great. Snowy as well is leading the team well. Others a little quiet and need to be faster to press. 🤞🏼

Want the win tonight for #lufc, always do. If not, it's important we don't lose momentum. If we don't get 3 points it needs to be because Bournemouth were equal or better, not that we were poor. Whatever happens, it's nice to think the gap is big enough not to panic if things don't go our way.

Regardless of the (wonderful) result at Old T🤬d, today still remains a big game for #lufc. Not just the potential points difference, the fact it could be back to back league wins or they are a team we should beat; because it would show us back at our level best and prove we deserve to be here. 🤞🏼

In so many ways, a huge win for #lufc. Not seen much of the game but it must have been a colossal performance. Saw the first goal and how we attacked right out the blocks. Also listened to last 10 where we played with real heart. What more can be said other than great work lads. Every one of you.

Southampton will want to play #lufc if (when) we win as it will be seen as the winnable game. Might be best to play a more complacent Chelsea or an unassuming Man City. Would be good to beat Southampton at Wembley though and put to bed those memories of the play offs.

Woke up still annoyed about last night's #lufc game. Not because of our position and what the draw means but because it was such a poor spectacle. Where has the Bielsa obligation to entertain gone? Brentford wanted to stop rather than beat a team well below them. We lacked patience and creativity. 🤷🏼♂️
Like corners, their stats for success are low. Thing is, our crosses are poor so end up being the only decent ball in the box.
Thought the game needed a creative 10 in that condensed last third last night. So many not playing that our squad seems to have been halved just by lack of manager preference rather than options.
Not like the toothlessness of Brighton or Forest but #lufc have not been good of late. Effort but no zip or threat. Not wanting to take it on. Hope it's a slump but I fear it's what modern football is becoming. The want to not concede rather than to score. Felt like what Brentford were doing too.
To sort out the tactical stop, give each team a time out and that be the only time teams can go to the sidelines. At least they can cheat fairly then. Also, give each team one VAR check call like tennis players have. If it doesn't get #lufc a penalty then at least it will prove corruption.
Even though it was my choice, I'm sad I watched #lufc tonight.
Not a pretty game and a poor performance from #lufc. They improved a little towards the end but can't seem to cross, keep, pass, control or run with the ball. Fairly fundamental things. Just not managing the chaos. Need to be stronger and believe. Barely look like a team. Need a midfield spark.

Not a big point but after that first half a good point for #lufc. Determined and disciplined in that second half. A bit lucky to have the goal disallowed but some strong performances from some of our senior players. A lot to complain about but we did ok
