The U.S. Forest Service manages 193 million acres and leads the fight against wildfires.
Dismantling it on the eve of fire season is just stupid, and people who live near forests will pay the price.

Trump calls himself “totally exonerated” by the Epstein Files.
But his own Justice Department got caught hiding them. Dozens of pages were withheld from the public database, in violation of the transparency law Trump himself signed.
That requires independence, transparency, and an investigation that does not answer to Donald Trump.
The allegation has never been proven. It has also never been fully examined.
No independent investigation has been opened. And the man who controls the Justice Department is the same man the allegations are about.
The public deserves the truth.
DOJ officials who spoke with her described her as credible. Her allegations ended up in an internal Justice Department PowerPoint.
Then they disappeared from public view.

Regional offices and research stations are closing.
The agency Teddy Roosevelt built, hollowed out weeks before wildfire season, to make more room for lumber lobbyists.
Teddy Roosevelt is rolling in his grave.
And Republicans in Congress are just watching it happen.
The U.S. Forest Service has protected 193 million acres of American land for over a century. Hunters, hikers, farmers, and rural communities have counted on it across generations.
Trump is gutting it.
This is your daily reminder that Trump and Republicans are spending billions of your tax dollars on an unauthorized war in Iran and Stephen Miller’s ICE agenda while gutting Medicaid, slashing SNAP, and driving up your health care costs.
A documentary about the First Lady that costs Amazon $75,000,000 and barely makes a dent at the box office is not a smart investment on its own.
But what if that same company secures a $580,000,000 Pentagon contract around the same time?
Suddenly, the math starts to look different.
On March 13, Pete Hegseth told America that Iran “has no air defenses.”
On April 3, Iran shot down a U.S. F-15E.
Hours later, they shot down a second American aircraft.
Amazon funds the documentary. The Trumps get paid. Amazon lands a massive Air Force contract.
Maybe it’s a coincidence. Maybe it’s exactly what it looks like.

The program Hegseth said was gone.
The air defenses he said were destroyed.
The war he and Trump started without a vote of Congress.
The man responsible for explaining this war to the American people has been wrong about almost everything and has never once admitted
Hegseth also declared Iran’s nuclear program “obliterated” after June 2025 strikes.
Nine months later, this administration launched a new war using Iran’s nuclear program as the justification.

Corey Lewandowski allegedly demanded kickbacks from federal contractors at DHS. The FBI and DOJ must investigate.
This is textbook corruption.
A U.S. Army sergeant enlists, serves, gets married, then reports to base with his wife to start their life together. Then ICE agents detained her at the gate.
She’s a college student with no criminal record who came here as a toddler.
He’s deploying.
This isn’t keeping us safe. This is cruel.
At some point, the question stops being about politics.
When the man with our nuclear codes threatens to erase a civilization by midnight, that is a moment that demands more than silence from anyone who took an oath to this country.
This is not a partisan statement. It is a factual one.
There are Republicans in Congress who know this has gone too far. History will record what they did with that knowledge. The Speaker of the House has been silent. So have most of his members.
International law experts say even threatening to destroy civilian power plants and bridges is itself a potential war crime. Legal or not, no American president has ever spoken this way about any country.
This morning, the President of the United States posted that “a whole civilization will die tonight.”
Not a military target. An entire civilization.

Trump went on a social media rant in the middle of the night to tell the Supreme Court to watch a Fox News show before ruling on birthright citizenship.
This is the POTUS trying to pressure the highest court in the land with cable TV in the middle of the night.
The man is unhinged.
Trump doesn’t seem to know if we’re winding down or escalating the war in Iran. Several weeks in, he still can’t clearly define the objective and Congress still hasn’t voted. If there’s no coherent strategy and no end game, why are Americans still risking their lives?

The hypocrisy is staggering.
And no one pays a bigger price for that silence than the service members whose lives Trump is risking with his unauthorized war in Iran.
Can you imagine if Obama had posted a psychotic rant at 8am on Easter Sunday?
Republicans would have opened emergency impeachment hearings before noon.
When Trump does it, silence.
Happy Easter!
