This is a photo of a handmade, rustic, woven willow fence with hazel posts. It is woven on the horizontal with some semicircular hoops on top made from pliable willow. The morning sun is shining onto one end of it so the willow is glowing a golden green colour.
This is a photo of a wooden garden building (my studio) which is painted cream. There are a couple of raised beds in the foreground, a bistro style table and a couple of chairs, and on the right hand side is a newly made woven willow fence.
This is my idea of a Bank Holiday Monday really well spent 💚
We now have a sweet little wonky woven fence, made by us from willow coppiced from the garden and hazel poles from a neighbour.
Next job is to get some veg and flowers in those beds!

Yes, when I was drawing and printing them, I took a really good look at the colour and concluded that they really should be Purpley-bluebells! 😁The top right is the most accurate but I think they all give the impression of a bluebell wood💚
