Dogs have been such a special part of our family. Over the decades we've seen a half-dozen pass. Although it's always emotionally difficult, we are comforted knowing we provided for them a good home, and they lived to a ripe old age.

Tragic to think that our government has for many years blessed the insurance schemes that have been dressed up as healthcare in America ... but which limit real healthcare as a successful method of making profits and primarily benefitting officers and shareholders. We could do so much better!

Given 32 of 33 industrialized countries have a national health plan, what's it gonna take for Americans to demand an end to the crappy insurance scheme we presently live with? How many have to die before we take the profits out of healthcare?
