I absolutely love light, and the sun, and the amazing things it does. The way the sun paints the sky with colors during sunset is so beautiful and magical, I am obsessed every time! 🌅

A worm's-eye view straight up the trunk of a coastal redwood, its deeply furrowed, fibrous bark filling the frame as the tree tapers to a distant crown of feathery green branches fanned against a pale overcast sky. Surrounding redwoods close in at the edges, their canopies forming a broken ring overhead, with soft golden light filtering through the upper foliage, suggesting a forest that has been doing this for a very long time.
Redwood country. There's a version of humility that only comes from standing at the base of something like this.

Setting takes place in eerie and foggy highway with looming dark clouds. In the center of the highway is Ultra Beast called Stakataka a walking sentient pile of brick crossing through the highway with both sides filled with pine trees. On the road a lone car stops in front Stakataka hoping they won't be crushed by this alien creature.

Thursday morning sunshine 🩵🌞
A large piece of driftwood is standing up vertically in a 29 gallon fish tank on the far left side. The wood makes a vague "A" shape. On the far right side of the tank, another smaller pice of wood sits next to a green aquarium plant it pointy oval shaped leave and thin stems. The substrate is a mix of sand and black soil, with the sand covering the center, and the black soil covering the backside and the corners of the tank. Duckweed plants float on the surface of the water.

On a walk around #Conwy yesterday, I spotted something I hadn't noticed before. This magnificent #Gothic railway arch, built in 1840, through the #Medieval walls. It even continues the castellated parapet! Zoom in, and you can see where bits were chipped away as trains got bigger! #photograph #photo
