Vivienne and Vincent grew up in a very religious and abusive household. In their most impressionable stages in life, their parents would treat them terribly for simply trying to find themselves, and it became too unbearable. Vivienne eventually ran away from home and was missing for a long time. Her parents did not care to look for her, especially if she wasn't going to obey them and their traditions. Before she could even journey back to get her brother, she was forcefully turned by a vampire who was a former member of Isaiahs flock. Her sire did terrible things in the flock and fled before Isaiah found out. He eventually hunted the fool down and murdered them, finding a very malnourished and beaten Vivienne. Isaiah knew too well how being forcefully turned felt and took pity on the poor girl. Before he hurried her out of the city, Isaiah gave her permission to find her brother so that they could take him with them. Unfortunately, Vincent was nowhere to be seen, and in a fit of rage, she murdered their parents. She became a dedicated member of the flock and adored the Rose, but she had other things in mind for how this divine being could fix everything. Unfortunately, when it came down to knighting Thorns to keep the flock safe, she was rejected, as Isaiah saw right through her and knew of her intentions. She became furious and left the flock, her hatred and hunger for the world to burn becoming stronger every year. Currently, she obsessively dedicates her time to finding ways to get even a taste of the Roses power so that she could bring everything to an end.

The fact that with those specific elements, Isaiah and Fiore would already conceptually have very good chemistry and work very well together with that alone
They'd make an even more terrifying duo with those OP ass vampire abilities they have

Like for example, similar to The Last Airbender (something we definitely look at for inspo regarding the mage stuff), fire mages (like Isaiah) would also be able to control lightning and whatnot
Fire mages are definitely a big deal in-universe, too
