Here's a Great Dane named Kobe, whose portrait was made as a memorial, and as a pair with Theia's portrait (which can be seen in my previous post). Great Danes sure are fun to paint!

This is Theia, a very sweet Great Dane that I had the pleasure of knowing personally before she passed away. Her painting was done as part of a pair of memorial portraits; keep an eye out for when I post the other one.

Here's a commissioned painting of Callie, an adorable Rottweiler, who sadly passed away last year. I know how hard it is to lose a loved pet and friend, so I hope that my paintings help bring back happy memories during tough times.

I had fun painting Jupiter, a big fluffy Samoyed. The main reference photo used for this had some lighting that I thought was interesting. I think that warm light shining up from below Jupiter's face gives the painting a cozy feeling.

I'm adding a new option to my commissions. This is an acrylic painting done on a 2.5in wood slice. Commissioners have the option of a portrait on one side only, or on both sides. String is included so that it can be displayed as an ornament.

This is Ella, one of the most affectionate cats that I've ever met. Sadly, she is no longer living, but it feels nice to have a memory of her in the form of this painting I made.
