If you're enjoying it, the person most responsible for Cyclops' presence on the racks is Darren Shan. He took a spec pitch from me and believed in it enough to make my dream book a reality. Heck of a thing.

SUPERBOY vs PSYCHO PIRATE! Fleer Ultra Superman card; actually a subset of Greatest Battles. The best part about the BLACK LANTERN storyline was that it took non-A list characters and made them cool to draw.
Superman Adventures #6 hit shelves this month (on Apr. 10) in 1997 from DC Comics! A stand-out from Scott McCloud's superb run on the title, "Seonimod" finds the Man of Steel waking up to a devastated Metropolis with no memory of how the city was destroyed! #SupermanTAS #Superman
Hi Scott, I'm re-reading a lot of the eighth Doctor graphic novels at the moment that you wrote and I think they are brilliant. I remember when I was 11 and 12 that I would look forward to reading them in Doctor Who magazine each month. Doctor Who was never on Tv when I was growing up but my TARDIS team were Izzy and the Eighth Doctor. I work as a teaching assistant in a primary school now and we recently had world book day, I've taken in some of my graphic novels for the children in year 5, they love reading them, Oblivion and Ground Zero are passed around daily! For many of them they've been introduced to Doctor Who through the DWM comic strip. One boy asked me if there were any tv episodes with Izzy in the other day. I'm convinced now that it was the Doctor Who comic strip that made reading enjoyable when I was young, especially the stories you were responsible for. So I just thought I'd say thank you, those stories and characters have meant a lot to me.
Sometimes a creator gets a message out of the blue that really lifts their spirits. Why not reach out to somebody today whose work has meant something to you? It costs you nothing but it can be priceless.
