I don't have a lot of experience making focaccia, but this looks fairly encouraging. ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿž

We've been busy. Kori-Mex bibimbap with minced beef mole. Over rice and topped with an egg yolk, and six banchans: salsa, kimchi, avocado, mushroom, cucumber and nopales. Photos taken moments before stirring it together. So good. @riverofcrows.bsky.social ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ๐Ÿณ

I also had stronger on the right side, and I wonder if it's because that's where I part my hair?

Yeah, it's part of the perimenopause package. Sometimes it feels like there's something crawling around? ๐Ÿซจ

I imagine that will be either magically available, or the nepo baby just does a shitty job, or both.

Good point. I'm guessing nepotism, though.

Love El Yucateco, but never even heard of this one! Not sure how I'm going to deploy it yet, but it's probably going to be pretty cool. ๐Ÿœ
