I agree it's a great show. My only one thought, it should they change the format so each team gets points for each stage of the race and the winner is based on the number of accumulated points, rather than the winner being the one that has saved the most cash to get a taxi on the final leg ?

I think you should get points for your position at each stage, so the overall winner is based over the whole series. So you get 5points for 1st, 4points for 4th etc etc.

I appreciate AI has a place in estate agency, but for me, I want to write my sale brochure text, I want to write my Rightmove adverts, I want to be responsible for the marketing of the properties I sell, because I love my job and the buck stops with me, if I don't manage to sell it !

Another sold board went up today and it's nice to see the new SOLD slips have arrived.

I have made a new friend. Say hello to Effie, who was super friendly when I called round to discuss moving home with his owner. Potentially swapping village walks to beach walks !!

It's always good when clients make that extra effort when it comes to presenting the house to viewers, and making sure the viewing starts off with the right first impression.
