It’s flying with ice accumulating on the wings, knowing the limits and working around them. It’s doing Stuff that others would consider miserable and relishing in the feeling I’m among a small portion of people that can do ‘this’ While not crossing from reckless to dangerous

For me, it’s something very different than his days on the ranch, it’s using a machine to do stuff that ‘isn’t reccomended’
There was always something about the days I had to drive 200 miles on 6 inches of fresh snow through canyons, and blizzards nobody else dared drive in

I was Asked a profound question today, my 78 year old reservation spiritual mentor pulled me aside today before ceremony asking why I wasn’t letting my emotions affect me, I answered they aren’t in control of me. He looked sad and told me I need to do something that made me feel alive (continued)

good news everyone! I get to fly a new type of plane soon and it excites me to no end!!!

So I’m fully moved into my place, and now I’ve gotta move into my next hobby… stay tuned

In retrospect I haven’t changed much in my time, and if I can bear the brunt that means my friends can polish themselves in my wake and become nice and shiny. It helps me to know that the anxiety I know can help my friends overcome their own troubles. Here comes the spring flow…

Maybe my purpose in this stage of life is to be people’s rock, erosion is a greater force than i thought though…
