There's tons of space to play but my personal favorite is this: you can work multiple-genes and compose them just as you would do with a confocal! THIS IS SICK!!
If you have operated a fluorescence or confocal microscope, you can operate NaVis. Upon upload, if necessary, it will analyze the image and decompose it into its tissue components, then super-increase your fav gene resolution with a click. All in near real-time!
Spatial transcriptomics (ST) should be conductive to anyone who has done microscopy in their lives, but it's not! Resolution vs coverage tradeoffs, static workflows, heavy data analysis still plague it...
