They’ve asked you to do something impossible - there is no scientific measure to quantify “good” answers. AI responses are A) nondeterministic and B) your impression of them is completely subjective.

It’s a better use of your time to carefully curate targeted applications where you’re a good fit than to send out your resume at random to places. That’s what everyone else is doing, and hiring managers are flooded with applications. You need to stand out or be in their top 3.

As much as it pains me, I use ChatGPT or similar and tell it “I’m hiring and I need a person for this job listing, here’s a resume, what’s wrong with this candidate?” And then I take the red flags it gives me and correct them on my resume, rinse and repeat until it responds optimistically
