And HeartTheft by Rukis (NB author) is an excellent history-inspired, M/NB, enemies-to-lovers novel about a templar out to capture a notorious thief. One of my personal faves.

Off the Beaten Path by Rukis is also a great read.

There is also the entire Korps Universe (mostly trans authors) which is about queer supervillains punching fascists in the face a lot. Induction by Syntax Takes is a good place to start for those books.

Fairy Tales by Robin (Female author) is a delightful magical realism, lesbian romance about a forest witch who also works as a forest ranger and comes upon a tabby cat with a strange affinity for magic.
