On deck for 2026:
🔘 Outreach for independent/third party voters
🔘 Speaker events, esp w/focus on connecting national issues to local elections
🔘 Support voters living on campus/aboard
🔘 More accurate info that voters can rely on, even non-Democrats
The required step of gathering signatures is old-timey but the issues we heard about are thoroughly modern, and gave us ideas about what people need from your local party.
Petition Drive 2026 is now complete — thank you to all our Democratic friends & neighbors who helped with circulating & signing to get Dem candidates on the ballot!
Great to see you, reconnect, & hear about your lives and concerns for yourselves, your families, our community, & our country 🩵💙

💬 If you’re already friends, they may have emailed or texted ahead of time.
👋🏻 If you’re not already friends, make friends! Exchange digits & ask how you can donate &/or vol on Tuesday, May 19 (PA Primary Election)!
✍🏾 The volunteer will arrive with a clipboard, pen, and list of registered Ds in the household who can sign.
⁉️ They’re happy to answer questions about voting & local politics.
*️⃣ Essentially your signature says “I, a duly registered voter of the district, think it would be fine for this person to be a choice on the primary ballot.”
*️⃣ Signing is a way to participate in the nuts and bolts of democracy! That’s amazing, right? Especially in 2026!
