I like the headcanon that Keru and Aza where the ones Hagar "resisted" killing, though whatever happened was not a one time event and probably happened at least twice, if not three times.

So when a god got pissed off they lost or mortals got scared of the big, square duck monster, he just accepted the blows to the point he became numb to them and doesn't notice when he's hit.He does pull them out during his twice yearly bath though, mainly bc he can't take his cloak off otherwise.

I'm sure there is a loophole in the "You make weapons but can never use them in a fight" rule, like using mortal made weapons, which Kudaai did do, but I think after everything with Chemach and seeing what could happen to him if he deviated from his nature, he stopped.

I stopped working on another comic to sketch this out because Kallamar's "My partners tell me I taste delightful" line made me snort when I thought of it. Narinder made The Lamb eat the hearts, in part, because he thought it would hilarious to watch through the crown.
