Since moving back to Newfoundland I’ve been doing a little song writing. This just happens to be the first recording I’m halfway happy with :) it’s a holiday/winter tune that I’d love to play out someday soon.

It's important to regulate the practice of Counselling Therapy in the province. It keeps the public safe, legitimizes the profession for third party payers and the provincial health care, and we continue to be the only province in Atlantic Canada that hasn't made this important move.

I think it's a ploy to bolster the CPC in the National election. If PP wins, Alberta stays; if not, AB is outta here.
Hopefully after the mess down south, AB will see that sovereignty and/or affiliating with the US is a non-starter.

I don't know if they're well meaning or not but 7 Cups, unfortunately, has self-sabotaged any sense of trust with the #mentalhealth community by using our data without consent.
In order for #Trumps tariffs to work, he needs the rest of the world to have American values of individualism and dogmatic capitalism.
The rest of the world does not.
