Ah yes... depending on the time frame, I find petting dogs, cardio, and anxiety meds to be helpful too (sometimes it's just a brain chemistry switch that needs to be manually adjusted, in my experience)

Writing down both what I'm stressed about and my plan to deal with any contingencies helps me move on in the interim
