Fun little landmine I stepped on in my hobby engine: using the DirectX preview Agility SDK requires Developer Mode (reasonable) - but if you don't have Dev Mode enabled, it fails to load D3DCore.dll, which somehow interferes with Vulkan swapchain creation. Weird.

I've been working on a ground-up rewrite of my hobby engine for a couple of months now. Finally getting somewhere. DX12 only for now, still working through Vulkan validation stuff.
